Job Title: Support Workers Ofsted Supported Accommodation

Join our dedicated team providing high-quality support to young people aged 16–18 in our Ofsted-registered Supported Accommodation Service. We’re looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive individuals to help young people develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive.

You’ll work directly with young people to support daily living, education, employment, and emotional wellbeing, while ensuring their safety and promoting positive life choices.

What you’ll do:

• Provide day-to-day support to young people in supported accommodation

• Support care and independence plans in line with individual needs

• Promote safeguarding and emotional wellbeing at all times

• Encourage engagement in education, training, and community activities

• Maintain accurate records and reports

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working with young people in supported accommodation or similar settings (desirable)

• Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant regulations

• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and respond to challenges effectively

Job Title: Operations Manager Ofsted Supported Accommodation

Oversee and drive excellence across our Ofsted-registered Supported Accommodation Service for young people aged 16–18. We’re seeking an experienced and strategic leader to ensure outstanding service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.

You’ll manage multiple service locations, guide Service Managers, lead quality assurance, and work closely with stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for young people transitioning to independence.

What you’ll do:

• Lead operational strategy and performance across services

• Support and mentor Service Managers to achieve high standards

• Ensure compliance with Ofsted Quality Standards and safeguarding requirements

• Oversee budgets, resources, and property standards

• Develop strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies

• Proven senior management experience in supported accommodation or similar services

• Strong regulatory, safeguarding, and quality assurance knowledge

Lead our Ofsted-registered Supported Accommodation Service for young people aged 16–18. We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic leader to deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred support in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.

You’ll manage and inspire a dedicated team, oversee admissions, ensure safeguarding excellence, and work closely with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate a skilled staff team.

• Maintain compliance with Ofsted Quality Standards.

• Ensure robust safeguarding and care planning.

• Manage budgets, resources, and property standards.

• Build strong multi-agency relationships
