Support Workers Ofsted Supported Accommodation

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to young people living in our Ofsted-regulated accommodation. You will help them develop essential life skills, build positive relationships, and work towards independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting young people with their daily routines, education, and personal development.
  • Promoting independence while offering guidance and emotional support.
  • Safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of all young people in line with Ofsted standards.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, social workers, and external professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans.

We are looking for caring, patient, and reliable individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. Experience in residential childcare, supported accommodation, or similar settings is desirable, but full training will be provided.

This role requires flexibility, resilience, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people through challenges and successes.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
